Michigan voters approved the legalization of the recreational use of Marihuana for adults 21 years of age and older. The resulting legislation known as the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA) imposes an excise tax of 10% on retail Marihuana sales in addition to a 6% sales tax. Both the Marihuana Retailers Excise (MRE) Tax of 10% and sales tax of 6% are administered by the Department of Treasury. That’s straight from the government kids!

We’re locally owned, locally grown and locally stoned! And? Because we care. Like we genuinely give a hoot. It’s what made all of us want to work here and to be part of this. Most of us could probably sell cannabis anywhere. We’re all the best there is at what we do. But we all chose to be here because we get to care and take our time. You’re supporting a local business, staffed with local people, carrying local products. We want you to say hi when you see us out and we want to know how you’re doing. We take cash or cashless atm is available. It’s like a debit card with a little twist. We also have ATMs on site.
We would love to accommodate your service animal but would request other animal friends stay in the vehicle/parking lot. We might even have some treats at the front desk.
No one under 21 can be in the building for any reason. Our bathroom is located off of our bud room, so even to potty, we’ll need to see some ID.

We would LOVE for you to post respectfully about coming to The Gas Station! What do we mean by that? If there’s going to be anyone besides you in the photo, please ask permission first and please be polite and kind when posting. We love our staff a whole lot.

Weird but ok, we suggest an indica and maybe some meditation. Try putting the phone down 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep and allow your mind time to drift. The indica should help with the last part and we can help with the indica.
We have a great parking lot in front of our store! We do ask that you be respectful of our neighboring businesses when you come to visit us and try to park as close to The Gas Station as possible.
